1. Agreement To These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, member area, digital products, subscriptions, videos, emails, and related services offered under the business name The Ascension Field (“The Ascension Field,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the website, creating or using an account, purchasing a product, or starting a subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services or complete a purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement where you live. The services are not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Nature Of The Services

The Ascension Field provides spiritual and personal-development content, including recorded Divine Energy Transmission sessions and related membership resources. These services are offered for spiritual, educational, and personal-development purposes.

The services are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. They are not a substitute for qualified professional care. Do not delay or discontinue professional care because of information or experiences associated with the services. If you believe you may have an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or a qualified professional.

Individual experiences vary. We do not guarantee a particular spiritual, emotional, physical, financial, relationship, or other outcome.

4. Accounts And Login

• You must provide an email address you control and keep your account information accurate.
• Login codes are confidential. Never share a login code with another person.
• Your account is for your individual use. Account sharing, including household sharing, is prohibited.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
• Multiple devices belonging to the same customer may remain logged in at the same time.
• Creating multiple accounts or using different email addresses, browsers, devices, or networks to obtain additional free trials is prohibited.

Contact info@theascensionfield.com to request a change to the login email associated with your account. We may require reasonable proof that you own the affected account or email address.

5. Divine Energy Transmission Series

Each Divine Energy Transmission Series pack is a one-time digital purchase priced at $30 before any applicable multi-pack discount. A customer selecting two packs receives a 10% discount, three packs a 20% discount, and all four packs a 30% discount. No discount applies to one pack.

A completed purchase provides permanent streaming access to each purchased Series pack through the purchasing account, subject to these Terms. “Permanent streaming access” means that the entitlement has no scheduled expiration. It does not transfer ownership of the videos or provide a right to download, copy, redistribute, or publicly perform them. We may change the technical method used to deliver the content.

Lifetime 100% Money-Back Guarantee

Every Series purchase is covered by a lifetime 100% money-back guarantee. There is no refund deadline and no explanation or other eligibility requirement. To request a refund, email info@theascensionfield.com using the purchase email when possible. We will refund the amount actually paid for the Series product or products covered by the request. A Series refund does not remove the customer’s streaming access.

A payment dispute or chargeback is different from a refund request. Access associated with a disputed payment is suspended while the dispute is open. Access is restored if the dispute is withdrawn or resolved in our favor. Customers seeking the guarantee should contact us directly instead of opening a payment dispute.

6. Membership And Free Trial

The public Membership costs $100 per month or $1,000 per year. The yearly option saves $200 compared with twelve monthly payments. The membership includes access to the current Membership video library, continuous energy flow, weekly remote transmissions, and access to the designated Telegram community, as those benefits are offered from time to time. Membership does not include the separately sold Divine Energy Transmission Series packs.

Seven-Day Free Trial

A new customer may receive one seven-day Membership trial without providing a payment card. The trial begins only after the customer successfully confirms the six-digit code sent to the submitted email address. It provides full Membership access until the stated trial expiration time.

Trials are limited to one per customer and are unavailable to an account or customer with prior account, trial, purchase, or subscription history. We may use reasonable technical controls to detect repeat trial attempts and may deny a trial when those controls indicate abuse. Shared devices or networks can cause a legitimate request to require support review.

Automatic Renewal And Consent

Monthly and Yearly Memberships are recurring subscriptions. A monthly subscription automatically renews at $100 each month and a yearly subscription automatically renews at $1,000 each year until canceled. If you choose a plan during a free trial, the first charge and paid subscription period begin when the full seven-day trial ends. By completing membership checkout, you authorize Stripe to save and charge your selected payment method for the initial payment and each renewal.

Existing founding members may retain their $40 monthly price while their subscription remains continuously active. An eligible founding member who upgrades receives a $600 recurring yearly discount, making the price $400 per year for every renewal while that subscription remains active. Canceling ends the protected price after the remaining paid period. Monthly-to-yearly upgrades credit the unused portion of the current monthly period against the first yearly charge.

Except for the continuously active founding-member prices described above, we may change the price of a future renewal after providing any notice required by applicable law. You may cancel before the renewal if you do not agree to a future price.

Cancellation

You may cancel recurring billing through the Stripe Billing Portal linked from your Account page. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and does not normally end access immediately. You retain membership access through the end of the period already paid for.

Membership Refund Policy

Membership payments are non-refundable. This applies to monthly and yearly initial membership payments and renewal payments. We may, in a rare case and in our sole discretion, make an exception after reviewing a request sent to info@theascensionfield.com. A discretionary exception does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in another case. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund right required by applicable law.

If we issue a full or partial Membership refund, membership access is revoked immediately. A later successful renewal may restore eligible membership access.

Failed Payments, Pauses, And Disputes

• Membership access may remain available while Stripe retries a failed renewal, currently for a period of seven days.
• Access ends if all retries fail and the subscription is canceled.
• A paused subscription does not provide membership access until billing resumes and the subscription is otherwise eligible.
• A dispute or chargeback immediately suspends membership access. Access may be restored if the dispute is withdrawn or resolved in our favor and the subscription is otherwise eligible.

7. Payments And Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not directly store complete payment-card numbers. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes, bank charges, foreign-exchange charges, or other amounts imposed by third parties or required by law.

You authorize us and Stripe to use the information provided during checkout to process payments, administer purchases and subscriptions, prevent fraud, and maintain billing records. Stripe’s terms and privacy practices also apply to its services.

8. License And Content Restrictions

Subject to these Terms and any required payment or entitlement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream the purchased or subscribed content for your own private use.

You may not:

• Share, sell, transfer, or sublicense account access.
• Record, download, copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, display, perform, transmit, scrape, or create derivative works from protected content except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Circumvent access controls, payment controls, streaming restrictions, or security protections.
• Use automated systems to access the services in a manner that burdens, disrupts, or damages them.
• Use the services or content for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

The websites, videos, recordings, text, graphics, branding, designs, and other materials supplied through the services are owned by or licensed to The Ascension Field and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited personal-use license stated above, no right, title, or interest is transferred to you.

10. Third-Party Services

The services depend on third parties, including Stripe for payments, Supabase for customer accounts and authentication, Loops for email, Vimeo for video streaming, Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare for security and domain services, and Telegram for the membership community. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

11. Availability And Changes

We may maintain, update, replace, reorganize, or temporarily suspend parts of the services. We may modify membership content and benefits over time. We will not intentionally remove a paid entitlement except as permitted by these Terms, required by law, necessary to address abuse or security risk, or required because of a refund, dispute, subscription status, or service termination.

Internet, hosting, payment, email, and video services may occasionally be unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Suspension And Termination

We may suspend or terminate account access when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, payment disputes, security threats, illegal activity, account sharing, material violations of these Terms, or conduct that harms other customers or the services. When reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to contact support.

Provisions concerning payment obligations, refunds, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, disputes, and other provisions that logically should survive will remain effective after termination.

13. Disclaimer Of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

14. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Ascension Field will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from or related to the services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim arising from the services will not exceed the amount you paid to The Ascension Field for the product or subscription giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability. This limitation does not apply where applicable law prohibits it.

15. Your Responsibility For Claims

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the services, your infringement of another person’s rights, or your material violation of these Terms.

16. Applicable Law And Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Before filing a formal claim, you and The Ascension Field agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue by contacting the other party and allowing a reasonable opportunity to respond. Nothing in these Terms limits a right that cannot legally be waived.

17. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the services, business practices, or law. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

18. General Terms

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms or your account without our written permission. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a business reorganization or transfer, subject to applicable law.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and The Ascension Field concerning the services unless a separate written agreement expressly applies.
